We don't hand-type benchmark numbers into pages. The books, cheat sheets and benchmark pages are generated from the same source-of-truth database. If a number is in doubt, the database is the answer.

We never cite a single stacked total across evidence bodies. The research is three separate collections, each with its own method and scope.
Homeowner research: more than 4,300 distinct homeowner accounts across 8 states and 40 trades. This is the buyer-side evidence.
Tradie research: more than 2,400 tradie accounts across 40 trades. This is the operator-side evidence.
Google reviews: 35,600 distinct Google reviews. For benchmark review-analysis only. We never call this "our research."
Review benchmarks and market medians are robust. Per-trade website scorecards are directional reads based on small AU-primary samples and should be used as a practical yardstick, not a census.

Is this your own research, or numbers you pulled off the internet?

The operator side is more than 2,400 tradie accounts across 40 trades. We never stack those into one big number, because they are different research with different methods.

No, and we are careful about that. The 35,600 distinct Google reviews are used for benchmark review-analysis only. We never call that our research. It sits alongside the homeowner and tradie research as a separate body, not folded into it.

We tell you where they are solid and where they are not. Review benchmarks and market medians are robust across the sample.
